Green mouse lines

Characteristics of green mice that we are distributing. At first we distributed the green mice with B6C3F1 back ground. However, we are now distributing the green mice produced from C57BL/6 mouse eggs.

aTransgenes were integrated into two chromosome sites.
bTwo types of cells, in which the chromosome locations of the transgenes were different, were observed (mosaic condition).
cRearranged chromosomes were detected.
dES cell lines were transmitted to their germlilne. 
Transgenic mouse lines #9 - #165 and #170 - #256 excluding #130 - #132 (C57BL/6 strain) were made from B6C3F1 and B6D2F1 mouse strain, respectively.  
#257 - #258 and #259 - #261 were transgenic mice made by injecting R1 and D3 ES cell lines, respectively, to blastocysts derived from C57BL/6 strains.
